This position is part of a dynamic group of individuals who travel to client sites to assist clinicians in Epic and Dragon Medical support. Support will include training and assisting clinicians in at-the elbow, in small group sessions, one-on-one, or in ad hoc sessions to increase efficiency and promote accurate charting in both Epic and Dragon. You will be providing assistance to clinical end-users for all areas of Epic and Dragon on an as-needed timeframe. You may be rounding to see areas where assistance is needed or may be scheduled to assist. The position includes more responsibilities than traditional go-live at-the-elbow support, as you will also hold small group sessions or 1:1 meetings to assist clinicians with documentation. Information you are expected to provide to clinicians can range from writing notes, managing the In Basket, running reports, general navigation, or tips and tricks to gain efficiency while charting.


• Has completed go-live program with Nuance EHR services

• Experience doing personalization training in 1:1 settings and in group settings Can provide at-the-elbow support for end-users for 2+ clinical Epic applications including Ambulatory and/or Inpatient and     any modules/areas expected to support and oversee

• Experience supporting clinicians

• Basic 1:1 training knowledge

• Energetic, sincere, and adaptable

• Willing to travel within 1 week notice of an assignment, if needed

• Autonomous

• Willing to learn Dragon Medical training skills

• Ability to be flexible with client needs and provide more than standard “at-the-elbow” support
