Nuance EHR (formally PTP) is looking for resources who have been previously credentialed in an Epic module for an opportunity to work with a world renown health care organization.  This role will be responsible to staff Epic-Dragon Training and Personalization labs across all clinical roles.

This Workflow Specialist wil be responsible for the set up of the training rooms they are scheduled to facilitate and for quality control, including administering a proficiency assessment and class evaluation at the end of each session; assist in the development of training and support materials; provide telephone and at-the-elbow support for physician; and other end users to help with optimization of the system.

The positions will be for at least 6 months with up to 3 month extensions for optimization post go live.

• Learn the training content in an accelerated fashion and be capable of delivering the training in a confident and knowledgeable way.
• Provide training on your specific Epic application to new and existing end users.
• Identify potential training gaps/issues and work with other members of the training team and application team to resolve.
• Ensure availability of necessary training materials.
• Monitor student enrollment and manage attendance in training classes.
• Provide customer support on class content.
• Create and edit Tip Sheets to assist end users with their understanding of Epic.
• Maintain training environment to ensure smooth delivery of lessons.

• Previous Epic module credentialing required
• Minimum two years experience delivering a combination of classroom, on-line and one-on-one training required
• Training lab experience preferred
• Personalization lab experience preferred
• Certifications relating to training, organizational development, project management or IT software preferred
• Epic application certification preferred
• Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred
• Epic experience is preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Education, Business Administration, Communications or Healthcare related field or equivalent experience preferred
